On this page we hope to answer some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive.

Q) How long will it take for a stone to be delivered?

A) It will normally take around 8 – 12 weeks to complete an order. So it is always best to order early if you have a certain date you would like your memorial erected by.

Q) What areas do you cover?

A) Our memorial stones can be fitted anywhere in mainland England and Wales. Our memorial ornaments can be delivered anywhere in the U.K.

Q) I would like to see how the inscription will look before it is engraved in stone.

A) Once we have received an order, we send an order confirmation and a choice of inscription layouts for you to approve, before we proceed with engraving your memorial.

Q) I've seen a stone I like but I can't find it on your website, can you help me?

A) Yes. We can quote for any stone from any catalogue, website or from photographs you provide.

Q) I have seen a Memorial on your Churchyard page which I would like, but I would like it fitting in a Cemetery - is this Possible?
A) Yes - Cemeteries welcome natural Stone Memorials. 
Q) I have seen a Memorial on your Cemetery page which I would like, but I would like it fitting in a Churchyard - is this Possible?
A) Many Churchyards do not allow Marble or Polished granite material. Although if you see a granite headstone that you like, we can produce it with a honed finish. Which means non-polished. Some Churchyards allow this, but we would need to check with the local Church.
Q) How soon after the burial can a stone be erected?
A) This varies depending on the size of memorial.Generally it is best to wait at least 6 months to allow the ground to settle for a standard size cemetery lawn headstone, unless there is a cemetery beam (long piece of concrete like a path). Because of the extra weight, 12 months is best for a full kerb memorial.  Cremation stones can be fitted as soon as the ashes are interred. Although if we don’t have the material in stock, it can take around 8 – 12 weeks from ordering for us to complete your memorial, so it is always best to order early if you have a date you wish the memorial to be erected by.

Q) I like one of your headstones designs, but would prefer it in another material, is this possible ?
A) Yes, you can choose any design from our range and we can make it in any material. The price may be different, so email us any request you have.

Q) I have a design which I would like on the memorial, can you add my own design to one of your memorials ?
A) Yes, providing the Cemetery allows your design. The price would depend on the design.
