TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices shown for the memorial headstones, kerb stones and cremation stones include all material, installation and the first 100 letters free.
2. Prices shown for the memorial headstones, kerb stones and cremation stones do not include the local Church or Cemetery fee.
3. Prices shown for all our solar and ornament type memorials include item shown and delivery anywhere in the U.K.
4. All memorials stones are made from naturally quarried materials and as such are liable to colour variations and natural veining. However this will not affect the durability of the stone.
5. The quality of photo plaques depend largely on the photograph supplied to us by you for reproduction.
6. Some designs may need to be altered or modified to comply with some Cemetery regulations and as such are subject to price variations. But no modification will be made without your permission.
7. All memorials will be completed in 8 – 12 weeks. However Angels Memorials cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by bad weather conditions, delayed material deliveries to us, or any other conditioned outside of our control.
8. A layout of the inscription will be supplied by us for your approval. Once approved changes can only be made by written confirmation from you the customer. Please check the spelling of names and dates especially before approving.
9. PAYMENT. All payments must be made before installation. Simply pay online for the memorial of your choice. We will then contact you for all the details needed and will invoice you for any additional letters over the first 100 free letters, extra designs and for the relevant cemetery fee. If you are not comfortable paying online with your credit card, we will be happy to send you a written invoice so you can pay by cheque or cash.
